“Empathy — The opposite of anger”
Empathy simply stated as an active attempt to understand another person’s perspective their emotions and in essence their reality. We can develop this emphatic skill by practicing some simple habit like be observant of others, use active listing, open up about your own felling and experience.

Empathy is a two way stream that is built upon mutual understanding.
Empathy was something that we were born with or without and that we were kind of stuck with whether we were or we were not.

Always remember Love and compassion are necessities not luxuries, Without them humanity will not survive.
Now how important Empathy is:
Patient who don’t feel care about have long recovery rate.
Marriages without empathy are more likely to fail.
That is why empathy matters in every corner of life.
There are two things which each leader must posses ,the empathy and perspective and these are often forgotten.
The real job of a leader is not about being in charge it’s about taking care of those in our charge. At the end of the day great leaders are not responsible for the job they’re responsible for the people who responsible for the job .
As a leader we have to start by practicing empathy and relate to what others may be going through and it will profoundly change the decision we make it will profoundly change the way we see the world.
In addition sympathy is simply the feelings like sorrow or happy or pity for the hardship which you fell when you show empathy to some one. Take it like empathy is simply putting yourself in another shoes and fell the felling called sympathy.
